Shipping

The delivery of jewelry and accessories ordered through the official website www.vois.md is carried out throughout the Republic of Moldova, except for Transnistria.

All deliveries are made through the licensed courier company NOVA POSHTA and/or by our own means.

Shipping method and terms

Delivery time

Orders placed on the website are processed from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on public holidays or after 6:00 PM will be processed in the first half of the next working day.

Delivery period

Delivery within Chisinau city takes up to 2 working days, and delivery within the territory of the Republic of Moldova takes approximately 3 days (time is calculated from the moment the order is confirmed by phone). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, and in some cases, on Saturday.

Delivery cost

Chisinau municipality – 80 lei for orders under 1800 lei.
The delivery cost is automatically added to the order total and displayed in the shopping cart before checkout.

Orders with a total value equal or more than 1800 MDL will be delivered FREE of charge.

The order will contain

Each delivered order will contain: the ordered jewellery or accessory, the characteristics of which will correspond to the information provided on the official website www.vois.md , the order will be accompanied by a certificate from the jewellery manufacturer and/or a certificate from Vois, as well as a cash receipt, warranty card with care instructions and warranty conditions. The jewellery will be packed in a branded package.

Reporting Issues Within 24 Hours of Delivery

If the jewelry does not match the stated specifications, the customer must notify Vois within 24 hours of delivery by calling +373 69 920 505 or emailing sales@vois.md.
Failure to provide this notification will be considered as confirmation by the customer that the delivered order matches the one placed on the official website.
