It is important to us that every VOIS piece becomes your favorite. That’s why if you have any sort of doubt about your choice, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of your purchase.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all VOIS jewelry. And even if you’re sure that your case isn’t covered by warranty, we recommend contacting us. Our masters can always repair your piece with the utmost care. 

Non-warranty cases:

• loss of jewelry,
• damage caused by wear or storage (scratches, ring deformation, clasp breaking, etc.),
• damage or modification made by a master outside the VOIS team.

We know there are a lot of different recommendations about jewelry care. But not all of them work, which is why we put together a list of advice that will keep your jewelry safe and shining.

• Take off your jewelry before activities that might damage them - exercising, playing with children, walking your dog, and so on.
• When you’re going out, put on your jewelry after you’ve put on your clothes.
• Take off your jewelry right after you come home.
• Store your pieces in a safe space - a jewelry box, a drawer, or any other dry place.
• Be mindful of jewelry pieces touching or rubbing against each other.
• Make sure that the jewelry piece is completely dry before placing it in storage.
• Be mindful and avoid perfume, soap, cream, or other cosmetic products coming into contact with the jewelry.
• Don’t clean your jewelry by following advice from the internet. Contact our shop - we have an individual cleaning approach for every type of metal alloy.
